Biography of Julio Jaramillo
Nicknamed " the nightingale of America ", born in Guayaquil on October 1, 1935 in the Clinic Panchana. son of Juan Pantaleón Jaramillo Erazo, native to Machachi and of Apolonia Laurido Caceres, guayaquileña of Jamaican ancestry.
His father emigrated to Guayas's province in search of better labor opportunities and was there where it(he,she) knew to Apolonia.On April 2, 1941, when In July it was counting with five years of age, it lost hisfather due to an accident at work when this one was making a cross for the tomb of his(her,your) daughter who had died to short age. His international consecration came with the bolero Our oath (1957), moment in which itrealized several tours along Latin America: itbegan a peregrinaje for Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay and Chile. Turned to the civil life in 1960, itcontinued with hiscareer(race), reaching actions(performances) of up to four consecutive months in the cinema Guayas of Guayaquil, with complete abundance.It(he,she) informed in the movie Romance in Ecuador and in another rolling in Argentina. In 1965 it(he,she) established itself in Venezuela, from where itrealized triumphal tours along Mexico, Puerto Rico and the whole Central America. Itrecorded in duo with Purple Daniel Santos, Alci Acosta and Olympus.
His last international tour took place for The United States and Canada
The scandals of histurbulent life also were often a news. Several times itwas caught and almost always for women's problems or for breach with the Minors' Court. Beside having married five times, ithad children with other women, who managed to add a total of twenty-
