The nightingale of america

Nicknamed " the nightingale of America ", born in Guayaquil on October 1, 1935 in the Clinic Panchana. son of Juan Pantaleón Jaramillo Erazo, native to Machachi and of Apolonia Laurido Caceres, guayaquileña of Jamaican ancestry. His   father emigrated to Guayas's province in search of better labor opportunities and was there where it(he,she) knew to Apolonia.
